Who is TIM GUERRETTE?
Tim has been licensed in real estate since 2001. As a Broker, Tim opened his own brokerage in 2017, consisting of nearly 50 real estate professionals, with offices in Naples and Tampa. In conjunction with his real estate offices, Tim is a licensed Florida Real Estate Instructor, he opened Florida Pro Real Estate Academy nearly a decade ago and offers real estate education courses for new and experienced agents.
Tim and his large team recently joined a large Florida based brokerage to take advantage of the technology and worldwide marketing opportunities.
Tim holds degrees in Criminal Justice, Business and a Master’s degree in Administration from Barry University. Tim attended the 254 Session of the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia.
Tim is a certified instructor for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and actively instructs for the Office of the Attorney General of Florida, CPSI, Southwest Florida Public Safety Academy, National Association of REALTORS®, Florida REALTORS®.
Tim has had the privilege to offer instruction to thousands of law enforcement officers, military personnel, educators, REALTORS®, and citizens in nearly all 50 states on the topics of REALTOR® safety, leadership, gangs, drug investigations, school resource officer training, and school violence.
